Vyštudovala matematiku a biznis na University of Edinburgh neskôr sa venovala teoretickej matematike – konrétne kryptografii na University of Warwick. Pred Maxmanom pracovala ako analytička a koordinátorka zberu dát v medzinárodnom výskume v oblasti vzdelávania PIAAC, kde viedla 40-členný tím. Má skúsenosti s dizajnom a vedením vzdelávacích programov pre rôznorodé publiká: od komunikácie matematického výskumu verejnosti, cez tréningy pre výskumníkov a zaškoľovanie HR tímov, až po vyučovanie na základnej škole. Svoj konzultantský profil doplnila certifikáciou v solution-oriented coachingu.

Lukáš vyštudoval psychológiu na Filozofickej fakulte UK, nadstavbové vzdelanie získal na austrálskej UC Sydney a PhD. na Fakulte manažmentu UK. Má manažérske skúsenosti z Telco a IT firiem. V Maxmane vedie od roku 2009 množstvo projektov pre lokálne aj nadnárodné firmy v Európe aj Ázii. Venuje sa rozvoju vrcholových manažérov, pričom jeho srdcovkou je budovanie samoriadiacich tímov a pomoc firmám vytvárať prostredie s vysokou samostatnosťou, agilitou a autonómiou. Popri práci v Maxman-e učí študentov psychológie a manažmentu na niekoľkých katedrách Univerzity Komenského.

From 2010 to 2021, he chaired the Learning and Performance Institute. He has chaired the Learning Technologies Conference in London since 2000, and contributed himself to conferences world-wide. His annual L&D Global Sentiment Survey, running since 2014, attracts responses from thousands of respondents in over 100 countries. He brings his broad understanding of the field to Emerge Education, an early stage Venture Capital fund, where he chairs the Workforce Development board, and advises several EdTech start-ups. The author of Learning Technologies in the Workplace (Kogan Page, 2017), Donald is a graduate of Oxford University and in 2016 was awarded an honorary doctorate by Middlesex University in recognition of his work developing the L&D profession.

Thirteen years ago, he moved to Slovakia to manage training and talent development for Lenovo in EMEA.
